MANGO SAISON

This beautiful light hued farmhouse ale was brewed with grains of paradise and orange peel. Light in alcohol, tart, dry, sweet, and highly effervescent with a complex flavor profile. We finished it off by adding fresh mango puree in the finishing tank to give you a perfect springtime crusher.

Malt: Superior Pilsener, Flaked Wheat, Caramel Pilsener, Erie Canal Pale, Flaked Oats.

Hops: Hallertauer, Styrian Golding, Hallertauer Mittelfruh

ABV: 4.4%

IBU: 12
