CB BIG IRISH ROVER

IRISH RED ALE

This big malty Irish Red Ale is named after the worlds tallest breed of dog, the Irish Wolfhound! Our goal was to craft a high test version of an already very popular style of beer. In the traditional sense of an Irish Red, we worked to display a beautiful bright red hue, while keeping the flavor a bit sweet. Precise hopping to delivers a crisp clean finish. We are excited for this Big Dawg to make a splash!

Malts: Superior Pils, MOPA Crystal 75, Brown, Black, Roasted Barley

Hops: East Kent Golding, First Golding

ABV: 6.5% IBU: 21

CB FUNKY MONKEY

HAZY IPA

Description:This hazy juicy brew is everything you want in a New England IPA, and more! Extremely opaque and dry hopped with massive amounts of exotic hops. Experience an aromatic and flavorful symphony of tropical, citrus, passion fruit, and stone fruit qualities - without the bitterness. To make things even funkier, fresh mango is added during the final steps of the brewing process.

Malts: Superior Pilsener, Oats, Wheat, Maris Otter, Cara Malt. Hops: Azacca, Calypso, Citra, Rakau. Other: Mango puree, ABV: 6.2%

IBU: 18.5

As an inventive, uniquely talented upcoming group of musicians, it’s no wonder “Escape Terrain” is becoming a known name in the music industry. Starting at an early age, the members became entranced with music. Each studying and acquiring music degrees from various Universities, and building individual music careers, they soon became head turners in Rochester NY. Escape Terrain, at their young age, bring an informed, professional and outgoing attitude as well as beautifully written pieces of music that have caught the ears of many worldwide. The group as individuals have played with, opened for, and collaborated with artists such as, Cabo Frio, Chuck Mangione, Maynard Ferguson, Soulive, Sharon Jones, Gary Clark Jr., and Robert Randolph. They also holds endorsements from Godin Guitars, and Curt Mangan Strings, which have opened even more doors in the industry for them. Escape Terrain consists of Ryan Johnson on guitar, Dylon Walbridge on keys, Scotty Dupes on bass, and Jamie Greene on drums.
